Our Methodology

The "White Glove" Clean Install

  1. Surface Prep

IPA wipe-down, substrate verification, mounting points marked + laser-leveled before any drill.

  2. Field Execution

Bilingual crew works behind protection sheeting, vacuum-attached tooling, photo log every milestone.

  3. Walkthrough

Site contact signs off on alignment + finish. Closeout photo package delivered same day.

Light exterior signage installation, scoped for projects that fit our wheelhouse: storefront-scale work, blade signs, dimensional and channel letters, lightboxes, awning graphics, fascia, and monument or pylon face replacements on existing structures.

What we do not do:

  • New monument or pylon structure construction (foundation, electrical service runs, structural engineering). We replace faces and panels on existing structures. We are not your civil or structural contractor.
  • We do not own a bucket truck or large lift fleet. When a job requires elevated access, we coordinate the rental and price it transparently in the quote.

How we keep exterior projects predictable:

  • Site survey including mounting surface check, electrical (when applicable), access measurement, and permit requirements where the property requires it.
  • Equipment rental sized to the job and called out in the quote.
  • Weather-aware scheduling.
  • Bilingual onsite crew.
  • Photo documentation at each milestone.
  • Workmanship warranty on every install.

Permits and landlord approval.

For exterior and illuminated work where the AHJ requires a sign permit, we handle the submittal and coordinate the inspection. Permit fees and review timelines are itemised in the quote so there are no surprises on install day. If the property requires landlord approval, a tenant-improvement letter, or a certificate of insurance before mobilisation, we identify that during scoping and route it before the install date is locked.
